It was truly an honor and privilege to attend the Virtuous Woman Queens’ Lair’s ImprovHER Workshop. I loved how you beautifully incorporated your passion for acting and theater into role-playing as a tool for women’s empowerment. The intimate setting with the other women was exactly what I needed today. I believe God is so intentional, and it was divine how we all connected and were able to share similar experiences. Thank you for creating such a safe, healing space. I really enjoyed the workshop and walked away feeling uplifted, inspired, and more empowered.

I didn’t know what to expect, which for me was actually a good thing! I went in with my expectation and heart open. The community and sister support was great! The feedback and encouragement from Kellie, our host added to the experience and care in the room. This experience opened up new layers in my heart that need more cultivating and healing! What I loved about this is that it was different and I’m in a season of challenging myself to do something different! I’m so glad I showed up!!

I would tell anyone that may be in doubt to try the experience. I was very hesitant in the beginning, because I didn't know what to expect. It took me out of my comfort zone (in a good way), which allowed me to walk away with a sense of accomplishment. It's always an amazing feeling walking away from an event feeling a sense of sisterhood. There was lots of laughter, some tears and a sense of pride for my sisters who shared the experience with me.

The role play exercises were incredibly helpful in helping me see how I show up in different situations. They pushed me out of my comfort zone while giving me space to practice confidence in real time. I appreciated how each scenario reflected real challenges women face, like setting boundaries, leading with authority, or communicating needs clearly.

God says iron sharpens iron. In order to do so we must be bold and have courage to share our testimonies in ways that are so impactful and unique in our own way. Do not be afraid for God is with you and He will meet you where you are. And us women will support you and encourage you. You got this queen. Be YOU!

I value safe spaces and the ImprovHER: Royal Roleplay provided just that. I felt seen, heard and was able to share aspects of my healing journey-it was empowering! Kellie is an amazing Queen. Through this session, I understood her vision and look forward to returning.

I ALWAYS walk away from these sessions with gems of information and enlightenment. These sessions are necessary for me, even as I'm in therapy. I definitely recognize the value of Improv Role Play. It prepares you for the world around you!
