Virtuous Woman Queens’ Lair (VWQL) is more than a women’s club—it’s a creative movement. We empower working women, mothers, and professionals to break free from societal molds and rediscover themselves through creativity, expression, and personal growth.
Founded by Kellie Miles, VWQL was born from her personal journey of overcoming imposter syndrome and self-doubt through the power of acting. Our club uniquely blends the transformative principles of theater with coaching and leadership development, offering a safe, nurturing, and bold space to grow.
We equip women to live out loud, unapologetically, and intentionally—igniting their passions, sparking creativity, and embracing their purpose.
Mission: To help people strengthen confidence and influence through improv, roleplay, and experiential learning. We create opportunities to gain new perspectives, break internal barriers, discover their voice, and develop greater insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Vision: To cultivate a global community of emotionally intelligent, self-aware individuals who confidently navigate themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.
Kellie Miles is a Creative Confidence Coach, Psychodrama student, coauthor, actress, the Founder and owner of Virtuous Woman Queens’ Lair LLC (VWQL) which provides space for women to rehearse real-life scenarios and replay lived experiences.
This journey has been deeply personal, as she overcame imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, and emotional insecurity through faith, the transformative power of theater, acting, and psychodramatic techniques. After discovering acting as a safe outlet to process emotions, build confidence, and rehearse real-life experiences, founder Kellie Miles recognized the life-changing impact experiential storytelling and roleplay could have on emotional growth, self-awareness, and personal empowerment. With this discovery, Kellie was able to conquer those internal challenges and now helps women in the same manner by integrating psychodramatic techniques and applied improvisation into her real-life scenario rehearsals through ImprovHER Royal Roleplay.
As an advocate for underserved communities, Kellie also founded VWQL Foundation, offering transformative programs like the Drama Ministry Assistance Program (Drama M.A.P) where the foundation assists churches in establishing a drama ministry, the 3D Theater Group and the Living Epistles Sharing Our Experiences (LESOE) Program, which is an artistic community outreach movement bringing the arts to the streets visiting underserved members of the community (like those in homeless shelters), and sharing the experiential stories of artists or modernized Biblical stories using various dramatic expressions. The goal is to challenge thought processes, inspire mindset changes, and encourage behavior modification. VWQL Foundation also offers 2 scholarships to help fund the artistic journey of destiny designers. Her mission is to help every individual she touches recognize their inherent worth and gain the confidence to create the lives they dream of – professionally, personally, and spiritually—through creativity and the arts.
